Renehan gives more to the community than just a good look.

For the past five years Renehan Building Group, Inc. has been transforming the Malvern area through custom home building and remodelling. Behind Jim Renehan, founder and president, and his passion for home building, the community has a new look and people are happy about it. “Jim Renehan is an exceptional builder. From start to finish, he had such an incredible sense and capability to envision what we wanted in our home. He knows how to build a great home, while still maintaining a sound fiscal understanding of the project,” said one client.
On Jim Renehan’s street alone, three homes have been mastered including the Delaware/Chester County 2010 Custom Home of the Year. RBG, Inc. and their ability to understand customer needs enables success. Through experience and education of the business, RBG, Inc. knows how to build a house, and how to do it right.
“The customer is the most important aspect of building a home,” says Jim. “We make it a point to keep the home owner involved with constant communication to make sure the process is personalized.”
People have noticed this personalization and appreciate the attention. Building a new home is a very important project and RBG, Inc. makes it clear that it’s important to them too. While staying in touch with all his clients and personalizing each project, Jim Renehan has still found time to give back to the community. For the past two years, RBG, Inc. has been a poster sponsor for the Malvern Victorian Christmas and holds an open house with food and drink. Starting in 2009, RBG, Inc. has become a steady sponsor of Great Valley schools both athletically and academically. RBG is an MVP sponsor for the Great Valley Little League and has sponsored various events for the Great Valley Basketball League. The student achievers banquet sponsorship and the continued support to the Great valley community outreach program has RBG a consistent contributor.
However, the most notable donations are the brand new concession stand for the Great Valley Youth football League (pictured below) and the press box for the GV Little League. RBG took on these projects just like any other and completed them in a professional manner ready to serve the youth of Malvern for years to come.
