We feel that Jim Renehan went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the end product. For over a year leading up to our project, he took the time to meet with us at various “potential” locations where we explored the possibility of renovating existing homes and gave advice and counsel without any commitment on our part. Once we finally found the right location it was an easy decision to choose Renehan Building Group for the task of building our home. Jim met with us on and off site whether scheduled or not. He was flexible when we requested changes or extra work and he communicated whether the changes would result in additional cost and/or delays. He was willing to explore our suggestions and ideas from reclaiming an existing kitchen to installing a geothermal system. There wre township requirements that fell outside the scope of our contract and Jim took full responsibility to ensure the requirements were met. Permit issues were seamless from our perspective. The final product is a testimony in itself to the fine workmanship and thought that went into our home.
Kellie Mackie was helpful in coordinating the selections process. She was patient and calm throughout the time we worked together. Kellie helped us with selections and worked toward getting the best result for the cost. For example, the appliances we chose had a rebate promotion and she made sure we took full advantage of this offer. She also directed us to tile, granite and kitchen cabinet vendors with the same objective – getting the most value for a fair price. Kellie followed through and followed up for which we are grateful.

“After having a three part demo/reconstruction of our property, RBG, Inc was by far the most efficient, pleasant experience of the project. Building a pool house, swimming pool were the first two (2) stages. The main house was the third. A record snow did not deter RBG and we did not miss a day.
